I have that most Monday nights (the Mrs running club night so individual meals) in a stir fry. A little rapeseed oil for the frying and a sachet of stir fry sauce. Ring the changes with the sauce. Yum.
I don’t know if you’re allowed the sauce sachets but a bit of soy sauce and some ginger and garlic paste is pretty good (I’d normally put some chilli in that too).
