    Supposedly the Japanese/Korean habit of eating fermented vegetables (think Kimchi, Miso, Natto and Soya sauce etc) are very good for both gut and heart health. While I really like Asian food I could never quite bring myself to join in with the Korean winter-time habit of eating dog. :negative:
